[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]So I started out in 2014 with a home machine and then when I got hooked up with John and Lora at Superior Cleaning Solutions I started taking classes and getting my IICRC and ICRA Certifications. You can read more about my starting out here. I attend classes for 2 or 3 days of intense learning and hands on, and then take a test to see if I pass for the certification. Some cleaners go through this process and others do not, it is actually quite a topic of debate whether it’s worth spending thousands of dollars for these classes and certifications when people rarely ask about your certifications.

I am a member of several forums on the internet and groups on Facebook. This is the part I love. Great cleaners all gathered together to share and help one another grow to be the best business possible. There are people just starting out and people who have been in business for 50+ years. If I ever have a question or run into a situation I haven’t seen before I can have answers in just a few minutes from someone who has dealt with the situation before. It’s not just groups of people who don’t know what they are doing but actual seasoned and trained professionals, many of the instructors from these classes who work directly with carpet manufacturer’s, etc are in these groups. I am blessed to know and get to work alongside many of these amazing people

I carry a lot of knowledge in and of myself, but I also like to explain And help you as the customer understand as much as possible. I come with many visual aids as well as pictures, carpet samples, and stories. I have spent a great deal of time gathering together the information that I have to be able to best educate you. I want you to be able to understand, I want you to ask questions if you have them.  I am told quite often how much more sense things make now that __________  was explained to them in that way.

On to spots and stains. A spot is some kind of mark or discoloration in the carpet that is removed through normal cleaning. You are not charged for this. A stain on the other hand is something that remains after the cleaning process and generally requires some kind of special treatment to take care of. The solutions and products used to remove some of these stains can be expensive and time consuming. You can read more about my pricing structure here, but be sure to call for an accurate quote. I take great pride in the abilities that I have with stain removal and would love to show you more. You can read more about pet stain and odor removal here, be sure to call me if you want to know more, I have a great visual aid to explain all of this better.

If you ever have questions or run into problems, don’t be afraid to reach out. I really am here to help you and look forward to a long-lasting relationship with everyone here in the community. you can chat with me here on the website, call or text my phone number,  or even just send me an email to Travis@outwestcarpet.com[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
