We measure all the areas wanting to be cleaned and perform a thorough inspection at this time. We have several tools that help with this process to ensure there are no surprises during the cleaning process. We identify the carpet type, spots and spills, pet odor issues, and provide an accurate quote before work begins.

Vacuuming is one of the most important steps of the carpet cleaning process. Different vacuums vacuum differently, our vacuum is great at fine dust and soil removal that many other vacuums miss. We maintain our vacuums and change our filters often to be sure that our vacuums are working as well as possible. This also ensures we are not bringing any possible germs, bacteria, or pet dander from other homes into yours. We have a special vacuum system with lots of suction that we use to vacuum the edges with. We also use this vacuum with a special attachment on the stairs. We do our best to remove the dry soils before getting the carpet wet. At this point what is left after vacuuming is what is stuck to the fibers. 

We apply prespray to your carpet to help break down oils and to break loose and hair and dirt stuck in your carpet. We use very hot water in our cleaning process which is able to break down and flush away the oils and dirt much easier without the use of harsh chemicals. The products that we use are safe for your pets and family.

I have done personal side by side testing of many of these products. Both of their cleaning ability, and their ability to rinse out of the carpet leaving no residue behind. Many of the other products out there have fillers and strong chemicals in them that require an acid rinse to neutralize. The products I use in your home do not. Less chemicals - cleaner healthier carpet.

We have several different methods and machines we can use to help agitate your carpet. The process of agitation helps to work the prespray into the carpet so all of the fibers are coated evenly. It also helps to raise the pile and stand the fibers back up, really helping the matted areas out. Traffic lanes can benefit greatly from a good scrub too. This ties into the using less chemicals as well. You are relying on the mechanical agitation to break things loose rather than chemical action.

Don't get my wrong, just because we are not using harsh chemicals doesn’t mean are not getting things clean. In fact, we're improving your health by using safe cleaning solutions. We are cleaning carpets the way they are meant to be cleaned. Many companies do not charge enough to pay for this equipment and provide this service thus giving you a lesser clean. All of these steps are very important in the cleaning process. You shouldn’t skip any of them.

Now we rinse out the cleaning solution from the carpet and along with it all the dirt and hair that we scrubbed loose during the agitation process.  Along with that comes all the dirt and oily soils which have been suspended in the prespray solution. Any hair clumps and other soils that were pulled up during the agitation process is extracted out of the carpet as well. Carpet comes in many different textures and styles and we have invested into many different cleaning tools and utilize the tool that will work best for your type of carpet . Our carpet cleaning process is completely custom tailored for your needs and optimal results that last longer. Our process is also great at removing residues from DIY products and from other carpet cleaning companies.  

We have large fans we use that are specifically designed for drying carpet quickly. We move these fans from room to room as we clean to assist with the drying process. Many of the over-the-counter products sold in stores contain optical brighteners and other harmful ingredients or leave a sticky residue behind that will re-soil quickly.
